AdultChat Terms of Service, Written in Plain English.

1. The agreement you accept

These Terms of Service govern your use of AdultChat, including the public website, guest and registered access, matching, messaging, video or voice interactions, purchases, and related support. They work together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

By accessing or using AdultChat, you confirm that you have read and accepted these documents and any feature-specific rules shown in the product. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.

2. Adult eligibility and account responsibility

AdultChat is intended only for people aged 18 or older, or people who have reached the higher legal age of adulthood required where they live. You may not use the service if you do not meet that requirement or if a current platform ban applies to you.

Guest access does not remove this requirement. If you register, provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. Do not sell, lend, or share an account without authorization, bypass access controls, or let another person use your account to evade a restriction. 3. What AdultChat provides—and what it cannot promise

We operate the platform and its matching tools; we do not guarantee the identity, intentions, availability, or behavior of another user. We also do not promise a particular match, response rate, call quality, relationship outcome, or uninterrupted access. You decide whether to continue a conversation and what information to share.

Public profiles, videos, photos, comments, or other public-facing content may be visible to other users and may be indexed by search engines where those features are used. Deleting or changing public content does not guarantee immediate removal from search results, caches, or third-party references.

4. Free access, coins, VIP, and payment rules

The first match is free. That is a limited opportunity to try the service, not a promise of unlimited free access. Longer or premium sessions can use coins. AdultChat may also offer memberships, virtual gifts, or other digital benefits where shown in the product.

The purchase or account page displays the relevant price, package, eligibility, and usage rules. Review that display before paying; it controls the specific offer. Payments may be processed by third-party providers, whose own terms and privacy practices can also apply.

• Coins and other digital benefits have no cash value unless applicable law requires otherwise.
• They are not deposits or transferable money and may only be used within the applicable product rules.
• Completed digital purchases and consumed services are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in the offer.
• Fraud, payment abuse, or unauthorized transactions may lead to order cancellation, account review, feature limits, or suspension.

5. Acceptable use and adult chat rules

You must use AdultChat lawfully, respectfully, and without harming other users or the service. The Community Guidelines provide the detailed code of conduct. In particular, you may not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, extort, or discriminate against another person.
• Involve a minor in sexualized, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited activity, or ignore applicable age safeguards.
• Expose another person’s private information or record and redistribute their content without permission.
• Run scams, request off-platform payments, gift cards, crypto, passwords, verification codes, or financial documents.
• Impersonate another user, a public figure, or a member of the AdultChat team.
• Distribute malware, spam, deceptive links, infringing material, or content you have no right to share.
• Use bots, scrapers, abusive automation, reverse engineering, or other technical means to disrupt or manipulate the service.

6. Your content and platform intellectual property

You remain responsible for content you upload, publish, transmit, or display. Only share material you have the legal right and permission to use. You retain ownership of your lawful content, but you grant AdultChat the permissions reasonably needed to host, process, transmit, display, moderate, store, and operate that content within the service.

AdultChat’s software, branding, interface, design, and other protected platform elements belong to AdultChat or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit those elements without authorization.

Remember the other side of the screen: another user can still capture what you show or write with a screenshot, recording, or another device. Do not share anything you would not want to outlive the conversation.

7. Third-party services and external links

AdultChat may rely on or link to third-party hosting, login, payment, analytics, content delivery, or support services. External services have their own terms, privacy notices, availability, and security practices. Your relationship with those services is between you and the relevant provider, except where applicable law says otherwise.

We do not control third-party websites and do not guarantee their content or availability. Review their policies before using them, and be cautious when a stranger rather than the official product sends you to an external service.

8. Reports, enforcement, suspension, and termination

We may investigate suspected violations of these terms, the community rules, payment requirements, or applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, enforcement can include content removal, warnings, limits on specific features, transaction review, suspension, or permanent termination.

Serious or repeated violations can lead to stronger action. Where necessary for safety, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance, relevant records may be preserved and lawful requests may be answered. Unused benefits may be treated according to the purchase rules and applicable law when an account is removed for a violation.

You may stop using AdultChat at any time. You may also contact us about an account deletion or an enforcement decision through AdultChat support.

9. Disclaimers and limits of liability

AdultChat is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We work to maintain a useful and secure service, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free features, continuous availability, or a particular social, commercial, or personal outcome.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdultChat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from third-party services, user-generated content, another user’s conduct, unauthorized access caused by compromised credentials, or events outside reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Updates, questions, and contact

We may revise these terms to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. Material updates will be reflected in the “Last updated” date and may also be communicated through the product or another appropriate channel. Review the current version periodically.
