The short version: another person is on the other side.

AdultChat works when strangers can meet without being pressured, exposed, deceived, or harassed. These guidelines apply to guests and registered users, private and public interactions, text, voice, video, profiles, and any content shared through the service.

They sit alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you are looking for practical examples rather than formal rules, the adult chat safety center is the best companion read.

1. Adults only, without exceptions or workarounds

You must be 18 or older, or meet the higher legal age of adulthood required where you live. Do not create a guest or registered session for someone who does not meet that requirement, help anyone bypass an age check, or use an account to evade an existing restriction.

Any sexualized or exploitative involvement of a minor is prohibited. Do not request, share, describe, or facilitate such content. Suspected child exploitation or immediate danger should be reported through the available safety channels and, where appropriate, to the relevant local authority or child-protection organization.

3. Respect people, identities, and boundaries

Disagreement is allowed; harassment is not. Do not threaten, stalk, intimidate, degrade, sexually harass, or target someone because of their identity, background, beliefs, body, or expression. Hate speech, extremist praise, credible threats, and encouragement of self-harm or violence are not allowed.

Do not impersonate another user, a public figure, or AdultChat staff. Do not organize other people to target someone, and do not use multiple accounts to continue behavior that already led to enforcement.

4. Protect your privacy and everybody else’s

Do not publish or request another person’s exact address, workplace, school, phone number, private social account, identity documents, financial details, or other identifying information. A person may choose to share something about themselves; that does not give you permission to republish it.

Only upload photos, videos, and other material you have the right and permission to use. Do not use stolen images, deepfakes, misleading identity material, or content that violates someone else’s privacy or intellectual property.

For your own first conversations, keep identifying details to a minimum and check the camera frame. Our anonymous adult video chat guide offers a simple privacy routine.

5. No scams, coercive payments, or dangerous links

Do not request or offer money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, loans, investments, or off-platform payments in a way that deceives, pressures, or exploits another user. Do not ask for passwords, verification codes, full card details, banking credentials, or identity documents.

Do not distribute malware, phishing pages, suspicious downloads, spam, deceptive promotions, or links designed to trick someone into paying or revealing information. AdultChat support will never ask for your password or full payment card number in a stranger conversation.

6. Content must be lawful and permitted

Do not upload or transmit content that is illegal, exploitative, infringing, fraudulent, or designed to cause serious harm. This includes content involving minors, non-consensual intimate material, credible violent threats, and material that violates another person’s copyright, privacy, or other rights.

Do not use bots, scripts, abusive automation, scraping, reverse engineering, or artificial traffic to manipulate matching, conversations, metrics, purchases, or enforcement. Do not probe or disrupt the service, other users, or related infrastructure.

Public profiles, images, posts, and comments can have a wider audience than a private conversation. They may be indexed or copied, so choose content with that visibility in mind.

7. Block, report, and preserve only what is necessary

Block when you want to remove contact. Report when someone breaks these rules or may put another person at risk. You can do both. Do not remain in an uncomfortable conversation just to collect more evidence or prove a point.

If you contact support, provide the approximate time, relevant feature, behavior, and any report reference. Keep only the minimum factual material needed for review, and never include passwords, full payment credentials, or unrelated private conversations. The contact guide explains the safest way to submit different request types.

8. Enforcement is proportionate to the behavior

We may review suspected violations and take action to protect users, the platform, and the public. Possible measures include content removal, warnings, limits on features, transaction review, temporary suspension, or permanent termination. Severity, repetition, intent, and potential harm all matter.

Serious conduct—especially exploitation, threats, fraud, or attempts to evade enforcement—can lead directly to stronger action. Relevant records may be retained for safety, dispute handling, or legal compliance, and lawful requests may be answered where required.

Questions about a rule or an enforcement decision can be sent to support[at]adultchat.online or through AdultChat support. These guidelines may be updated as risks and product features change; the “Last updated” date identifies the current version.
